You can fax us your reservation. Get a copy of the fax reservation form from the "Form & Contracts & Rules" page; or
You can call our reservation line at 630-455-7003. You may use our toll free reservation line at 888-483-6129 if you are calling from outside of Illinois.

When you arrive at the airport, please pick up your bags first and then call 888-483-6129 and give the dispatcher the name the reservation is under and the door number you would like to be picked up at. Remember, we can only pick you up from doors Lower Level 1 (LL1) and Lower Level 2 (LL2) at Midway Airport.
